  59.             CONTRIBUITIONS
  60.  
  61.   1.    All contributions will be used for program maintenance, development
  62.     and distribution.
  63.  
  64.   2.    Any user who sends a contribution to William T. Baldridge (hereafter
  65.     referred to as "the original author") will be added to a distribution
  66.     list of    registered users. This distribution list will be used for
  67.     mailings of bug fixes, enhancements and announcements of future
  68.     software.
  69.  
  70.   3.    This package may be obtained from the original author for a
  71.     (suggested) contribution of $36.00 (in North America), please increase
  72.     accordingly for    over-seas orders. This will register you as a user,
  73.     and will add you to the distribution list.
  74.  
  75.   4.    If copies are obtained from other than the original author, a
  76.     (suggested) contribution of $18.00 should be sent to the original
  77.     author to insure continued maintenance (and adding yourself to the
  78.     distribution list).

  81.                NO WARRANTY

  83.   BECAUSE DBW_RENDER IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, WE PROVIDE ABSOLUTELY
  84. NO WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE STATE LAW. EXCEPT
  85. WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING, WILLIAM T. BALDRIDGE AND/OR OTHER 
  86. PARTIES PROVIDE DBW_RENDER "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  87. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
  88. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE
  89. ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH
  90. YOU. SHOULD THE DBW_RENDER PROGRAMS PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST
  91. OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

  93.  IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW WILL WILLIAM T. BALDRIDGE,
  94. AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MAY MODIFY AND REDISTRIBUTE DBW_RENDER AS
  95. PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST
  96. PROFITS, LOST MONIES, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
  97. DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE (INCLUDING BUT NOT
  98. LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES
  99. SUSTAINED BY THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH
  100. PROGRAMS NOT DISTRIBUTED BY WILLIAM T. BALDRIDGE) THE PROGRAM,
  101. EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR
